Return & Refund Policy

 

At COCO-SHOP we want every order to arrive in good condition and match what you purchased.

 

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped we may not be able to cancel it.

 

Damaged defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged defective or different from what you ordered please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ainie.maju011@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

 

Returns

If a return is approved the item should be unused in its original condition and returned with its original packaging when possible. For safety and hygiene reasons used or intentionally damaged toys may not be eligible for return.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we review and verify the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a damaged defective or incorrect item.
